Obituary of Theresa M. McClelland

Please share a memory of Theresa to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Theresa Marie Reilley McClelland, 80, of Syracuse, New York passed away in her home on Tipperary Hill. She was born to the late Louis and Theresa (Connors) Reilley in Auburn, NY. Our mother retired from Onondaga County Community College as an Administrative Assistant in the Continuing Education Department. We will always remember gathering for holidays at mom's home on Milton Ave, especially Thanksgiving. It seemed fitting for this to be the day that she peacefully passed to that beautiful place, surrounded by her children and grandchildren. Mom was predeceased by her siblings, Barbara Darrow, Gerald Reilley and Joan Beldue, and her beloved son, Martin Reilley McClelland. Surviving to cherish her memory are her children, Terri (Robert) Brown, Mitchell (Carrie) McClelland, Michael McClelland, Colleen (John) Kelly, her daughter-in-law, Lisa McClelland, her 14 grandchildren, Matthew, Michael, Brigid Brown; Anna, Michael, Daniel, Nathan McClelland; Meghan, Reilley, Madison McClelland; Kevin McClelland; Andrew Salvagni, Mallory and Shannon Kelly, her brother Ronald (Deb) Reilley, her sister-in-law Maureen Reilley, her brother-in-law George Beldue, several nieces and nephews, and Maureen Donohue who was like a daughter to her. Services: 10:00 a.m. Monday December 1, at St. Brigid-St. Joseph Church, 318 Herkimer St., Syracuse where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Private burial will be at a later date. Calling hours will be 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday November 30 at Tindall Funeral Home, 1921 W Genesee St. Contributions may be made to Hospice Of CNY, 990 7th North St., Liverpool, NY 13088.
