Agnes C. Broader, 90, of Westvale, passed away at Loretto Cunningham on Wednesday, with her family by her side. She was born on August 9, 1924 to Mary and Frank Collins of Syracuse NY. She married Daniel A. Broader in 1947. He predeceased her February 7, 2005. She graduated from and was married at Most Holy Rosary Church in Syracuse. She was a communicant of St. Brigid & St. Joseph Church in Syracuse and worked in the parish office for many years. She was also a member of the choir. Agnes is survived by nine children; Mary Ellen (Gerald) Brown of Jamesville, Michael P. (Eileen) Broader of North Carolina, A. Kathy Pisegna (Michael) of Syracuse, Daniel Broader of Colorado, Susan (William) Kelleher of Camillus, Patricia (Randy) Caban of North Carolina, Eileen (Randy) Jevis of Camillus, Timothy (Patricia) Broader of Lyncourt, and Laura (Michael) Gorton of PA. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, sister, Frances Collins LeMoy of North Carolina, and several nieces and nephews. Services: 9:30 am Monday at Tindall Funeral Home and 10 am at St. Brigid-St. Joseph Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. The Rite of Committal and burial will follow in Onondaga County Veterans Cemetery. Calling hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Tindall Funeral Home, 1921 W Genesee St, Syracuse. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Most Holy Rosary Scholarship Fund, 111 Roberts Ave., Syracuse, NY 13207 or St. Brigid & St. Joseph Food Pantry, 318 Herkimer St., Syracuse, NY 13204.
