James F. Kelly, 95, of Solvay passed away Monday, July 6. He was a US Army Veteran of WWII and Purple Heart recipient. Jim worked many jobs over the years and retired from Syracuse, China. He was predeceased by his wife Shirley Dumas Kelly.
Survivors: two sons, Ronald (Melanie) and Dennis (Gigi); a daughter, Sheila Kelly; 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Services: Burial with Military Honors, 11 a.m. Friday at Onondaga County Veterans Cemetery.
